Friends Collective operates a Swiss, account-based drop desk for limited products, trading cards, preorders and selected special drops.

These terms apply to orders placed via friends-collective.site, private drop links, preorder pages and manual orders confirmed by Friends Collective.

Sales are primarily intended for customers with a delivery address in Switzerland. Deliveries outside Switzerland require prior confirmation by Friends Collective.

Many products are available only for a limited time or in limited quantities.

Some drops may be available only to registered users or from a specific Friends Level.

Product images, texts, prices and stock may come from synced partner or factory systems. The details shown at checkout are decisive.

An order is binding once it has been placed in checkout or manually created by Friends Collective.

For bank transfer and TWINT, the order is first recorded as ordered but not yet paid. Payment is checked and confirmed manually.

For Stripe, cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay, payment is processed by the payment provider and assigned to the order after successful confirmation.

A product in the cart is not a final reservation. The successfully recorded order and the available stock in the system are decisive.

All prices are shown in Swiss francs or in the currency stated at checkout.

Supported payment methods may include bank transfer, TWINT, Stripe, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on the checkout.

TWINT and bank payments are confirmed manually. If TWINT was completed directly after checkout, no additional payment action is required.

Orders not paid within the stated payment period may be cancelled and released again.

Shipping takes place after payment, availability and completion of the relevant drop or preorder phase.

For delivery addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is free from a product value of CHF 300 after discounts and is automatically sent by Priority with registration. Below this threshold, the shipping charges shown at checkout apply.

The regular handling time is usually 3-5 business days if the product is in stock and ready to ship.

Shipping within Switzerland usually takes 2-8 business days.

For drops, shipping may be handled together after the drop has ended.

Preorders are advance orders with an estimated delivery or release window.

Stated release, shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed fixed dates unless Friends Collective expressly confirms a date as binding in writing.

Preorder dates may shift, in particular due to manufacturer, distributor, allocation, import, customs or logistics. Friends Collective informs customers of material known changes and, in the event of final non-delivery, offers a refund or a mutually agreed alternative.

Preorders may be handled in waves. Existing orders from an earlier wave remain unchanged, while new orders may be assigned to a later wave.

The personal Preorder Vault shows status, payment confirmation, delivery progress and later shipping information.

Limited products are generally allocated on a first come, first served basis.

In case of technical errors, overselling, incorrect stock data or supplier failures, Friends Collective may cancel orders or offer a suitable solution.

There is no claim to delivery if a product is sold out, a drop has ended or a preorder allocation cannot be confirmed.

Friends Levels may provide access to earlier drop starts, special drops, concierge priority or further benefits.

A subscription does not create a claim to specific products, quantities or permanent availability.

Member-only drops may be visible but can only be opened or ordered from the required Friends Level.

Subscription payments are handled through Stripe unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Friends Credit is shop credit or a coupon benefit and is not paid out in cash.

Friends Credit is granted only for completed, non-cancelled orders and may depend on active membership, payment status, delivery status, validity period or further conditions.

Friends Credit is not granted on shipping costs, cancelled orders or expressly excluded deals.

Coupons and Friends Credit may be limited, time-restricted or not combinable with other promotions.

Under Swiss law, online purchases generally do not include a general right of withdrawal unless Friends Collective voluntarily offers one.

Returns are generally excluded for limited products, collectibles, preorders and sealed goods unless Friends Collective expressly confirms a return or mandatory law requires otherwise.

Statutory warranty rights apply to legitimate defects. Transport damage or obvious defects should be reported as soon as possible after receipt.

Friends Collective is liable only for direct damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Liability for indirect damage, lost profit, collector value fluctuations or delays outside the control of Friends Collective is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Swiss law applies.

Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, where permitted.

If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
