How we set our prices
A good buy. A good price. That’s Friends.
Our prices reflect our purchase costs and a carefully calculated margin. When we buy for less, we pass the saving on. If the next batch costs us more, its selling price may rise too. The price of your confirmed order stays the same.
How your preorder works
Orders close seven calendar days before release.
Payment
Preorders are paid in advance. Manual payments have a 48-hour payment period.
Delivery
The release date is not the dispatch date. Once payment is complete and the goods have arrived, we generally dispatch within 3–5 business days.
